الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق
إن كان التطبيق ما يزال لديك، فهذه أسرع طريقة ولا تحتاج انتظار أحد:
- افتح الإعدادات.
- انزل إلى «منطقة الخطر» في آخر الصفحة.
- اضغط «حذف حسابي».
- اقرأ التنبيه، ثم اكتب كلمة «حذف» للتأكيد.
يُسجَّل طلبك فوراً ويُسجَّل خروجك من الحساب، وتُمسح نسخة بياناتك من هذا الجهاز.
الطريقة الثانية: عبر البريد
إن لم يعد التطبيق مثبّتاً لديك، أرسل رسالة إلى [email protected] موضوعها «حذف حسابي».
أرسلها من عنوان البريد نفسه الذي تسجّل الدخول به. هذا هو ما نتحقق به من أن الحساب حسابك — ولن نحذف حساباً بناءً على طلب من عنوان آخر.
نردّ عليك لتأكيد استلام الطلب وتسجيله، ويسري عليه ما يسري على الطلب من داخل التطبيق تماماً: المهلة نفسها، وإمكانية التراجع نفسها.
ماذا يحدث بعد الطلب
- مهلة ١٤ يوماً. لا يُحذف شيء خلالها. بياناتك محفوظة كما هي.
- للتراجع: سجّل الدخول مرة أخرى قبل انتهاء المهلة. يُلغى الطلب تلقائياً ولا تفقد شيئاً — لا حاجة لمراسلتنا.
- بعد ١٤ يوماً: تُحذف بياناتك وحسابك حذفاً نهائياً لا يمكن التراجع عنه ولا استرجاعه.
المهلة موجودة لسبب واحد: حساب رحلة يحمل شهوراً من معرفتك بنفسك، ولا ينبغي أن تضيع في لحظة ضيق.
ما الذي يُحذف
كل ما يخصّك، ومنه:
- المهام والمشاريع والمعالم.
- الأهداف والنتائج الرئيسية.
- مجالات الحياة والهويات.
- العادات وسجلّاتها.
- جلسات التركيز وملخّصاتها والبلوكات المجدولة.
- المراجعات الأسبوعية.
- الملاحظات والبطاقات والمواد ومحتوى المعرفة وصندوق الوارد.
- إعدادات حسابك، وحساب الدخول نفسه.
ما الذي لا يُحذف
- أحداث استخدام مجهّلة — إن كنت قد فعّلت «ساعد في تحسين رحلة» (وهي متوقفة افتراضياً). هذه لا تحتوي أيّ محتوى منك ولا تُخزَّن مرتبطة بحسابك، فلا سبيل لربطها بك بعد الحذف، ولذلك تبقى.
- نسخ احتياطية مشفّرة لدى مزوّدي البنية التحتية، تُستبدل تلقائياً ضمن دورة قصيرة ولا تُستخدم إلا لاستعادة الخدمة بعد عطل.

Option 1 — in the app
If you still have Rihla installed, this is the fastest route and needs nobody's help:
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom.
- Tap “Delete my account”.
- Read the warning, then type DELETE to confirm.
Your request is recorded immediately, you are signed out, and the copy of your data on that device is erased.
Option 2 — by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”.
Send it from the address you sign in with. That is how we confirm the account is yours — we will not delete an account on the word of a different address.
We reply to confirm the request has been recorded. It is then treated exactly like a request made in the app: same window, same undo.
What happens next
- A 14-day window. Nothing is deleted during it. Your data sits untouched.
- To undo: sign back in before the window closes. The request is cancelled automatically and nothing is lost — you do not need to contact us.
- After 14 days: your data and your account are permanently deleted. That step cannot be undone or recovered.
The window exists for one reason: a Rihla account holds months of what you have learned about yourself, and that should not be destroyable in a bad moment.
What gets deleted
Everything of yours, including:
- Tasks, projects, and milestones.
- Goals and key results.
- Life areas and identities.
- Habits and their logs.
- Focus sessions, debriefs, and scheduled blocks.
- Weekly reviews.
- Notes, cards, subjects, knowledge entries, and your inbox.
- Your account settings, and the sign-in account itself.
What is not deleted
- Anonymous usage events— only if you turned on “Help improve Rihla”, which is off by default. They contain none of your content and are not stored against your account, so there is no way to link them back to you after deletion. That is why they remain.
- Encrypted infrastructure backups held by our hosting providers, which are rotated automatically on a short cycle and are only ever used to restore service after an outage.
